EWGA Des Moines Chapter hosts leagues for both novice and experienced golfers. 

NOVICE LEAGUES
Novice leagues include weekly group instruction with a golf pro.   Individuals who join these leagues will have the opportunity to work with a golf pro for the first 45 minutes of the evening to hone their golf skills and learn golf etiquette.    The group then spends the rest of the evening on the golf course -- practicing their new skills.  Most evenings novice golfers will be able to play 5 holes.  The novice league fee is $245 for fifteen weeks of golf and instruction.

If you are a beginning golfer and struggle to finish 9 holes in 2 hours -- you are a good fit for a novice league!

Novice league instruction begins at 5:30 p.m.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes early and be ready to start at 5:30.

EXPERIENCED LEAGUES
EWGA Des Moines' Experienced Leagues are standard golf leagues with one exception.  Instead of playing in a a four-person team -- your team will consist of two people.  Each week your two-gal team will be paired with another two-gal team.  This will allow you to meet and compete with 30 new professional women each season.   The Experienced league fee is $245 for 15 weeks of golf.

No matter what your handicap -- if you understand the basic rules and etiquette of golf AND you are able to complete 9 holes in two hours AND you want to meet new people and expand your professional network -- you are a good fit for EWGA's experienced leagues!
